Chestnut Creek is a deed restricted community located north of Center Road in Venice, Florida. It is home to the Isles of Chestnut Creek and the Villas of Chestnut Creek. One visit and it is obvious why the Isles of Chestnut Creek won the title, "Best Small Community in Southwest Florida" for 2006 by the West Florida Chapter of Community Associations Institute. The 115 homes are strategically positioned around the six lakes located within the Isles. Amenities include the clubhouse, swimming pool, shuffleboard court, and tennis court. The Villas of Chestnut Creek consists of 118 villas in a community of mature oaks and tranquil ponds.
