So how does it work?  Prior to closing, clients select a single charity.  Within seven business days after closing, Wayne sends or personally presents a check for 10% of his personal commission to the charity.   The client receives a letter with a copy of the check to confirm the donation.    If you are buying or selling a home, why not choose a realtor that will give back to the community?

Wayne's 25 year career as a decorated Firefighter/Paramedic has taught him to live life with vigor, appreciate his many blessings, and to care about others in need.  Retiring as a Battalion Chief, Wayne was exposed to many individuals who were experiencing tragedies in their lives.  Helping them through those difficult times was rewarding.
